Certain conditions and instructions

1. The return must be made within 14 days of the date of receipt of the package.

3. The return must be accompanied by the order number or the invoice to make the refund.
4. Return shipping costs will be at your expense.

Exclusions: Clearance items and delivery charges are final sale and are non-refundable.

International orders: Please note that our policy does not permit refunds for packages that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by UPS following their thorough investigation process.
